This is an example video showing how a Franchise Organization can use causal marketing.  Please watch the Causal Marketing and other videos first for general information.

A retail gas station chain wants to profit from a product highly desired by truck drivers for mental focus and memory while at the same time advertising support for community organizations.  They enroll their franchise organization using the referral ID of a local support group such as the Senior Center to obtain their own ID.  

They purchase an initial $125 shipped to the franchise and quarterly $350 of products sent to the Senior Center.

The franchise registers the owner/manager for each gas station to the franchise referral ID as a proxy with a Letter of Agreement (LOA) and or LLC. The LOA requires certain performance from the Proxy.  If the performance is not met, the Proxy forfeits the proxy position to a new proxy by changing ownership of the proxy ID at the product company as designated by the franchise. If the performance is met such as a period of employment, the Store Proxy keeps full ownership of the proxy ID at the product company.

Each gas station proxy registers a store PRP Customer under their store proxy ID.  All products for the store are ordered under the individual station PRP ID for high keystone profits.  The LOA must include how the PRP profits directly paid to the proxy are distributed.  As an example, the 25% commission to the proxy for wholesale products purchased under the PRP ID could be kept by the proxy as an incentive to sell the products in store, used to offset product overhead, or other agreements.

As an incentive, the individual store proxy ID could be placed on flyers, QR codes on the product, and other advertising material for the products sold in the store.  The manager proxy will personally benefit from remote purchases via the advertising but so will the franchise.  This would create potential ongoing profits for the proxy and the franchise even if the gas station closes or the manager leaves in good standing according to the LOA.

When the manager leaves the store the Manager will still have the referral organization of customers built from the store but so will cooperate.  The old manager will have a vested interest in continuing sales of the product under his proxy which is converted to his personal ID.

A new manager will register under the corporate as a new proxy who will create a new PRP ID for building his financial interest according to the new LOA.

If the old manager did not make the performance requirements, the old proxy could be transferred to the new manager with LOA restrictions.

Imagine if the church registered the school which registered the Gym which registered the Senior Center which registered the franchise.  The franchise could advertise any of the specific products purchased at the gas stations provides 3% to 7%+ support for each of the organizations.

  1. Register a Proxy for the Franchise using the Senior Center ID
  2. Proxy Orders Initial Product Shipped to the Franchise ($125)
  3. Setup Quarterly Order Shipped to the Center ($350 each quarter)
  4. Franchise Registers Each Gas Station Proxy
  5. Each Gas Station Proxy Registers their Store as a PRP Customer
  6. Large Wholesale Orders are Made with the Store PRP ID
  7. Each Store has a High Keystone Price to Sell to Store Customers
  8. Each Store Proxy Advertises Remote Orders with their Proxy ID

Result

  • Seniors in Need Get Some Product While Advertising Support
  • Franchise and Each Proxy Receive 3% to 7%+ Cash Per Order
  • Proxy receives 25% on PRP Wholesale Orders according to the LOA
  • Franchise and Proxies Receive Remote Profit According to the LOA
